BikriAgent Data Deletion Instructions
How owners can request deletion of account, business, channel, customer, message, and order data.
What Can Be Deleted
Owner profile information, business setup, product catalog, delivery rules, discount rules, connected channel records, customer messages, AI reply drafts, handoff alerts, and order data can be deleted on request.
How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to support@bikriagent.com from the email address used for the BikriAgent owner account.
Use the subject: Data deletion request.
Include the business name and the data you want deleted, such as account, connected channels, messages, products, or all business data.
Meta Channel Data
If an owner connected Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp, they should also disconnect BikriAgent from their Meta Business settings.
After receiving a valid deletion request, BikriAgent will remove stored channel connection records and encrypted tokens from its database.
Customer Data
If a customer asks an owner to delete order or message data, the owner can request deletion from BikriAgent support.
We may need enough information to identify the correct owner business and customer conversation before deletion.
Timeline
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days unless legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations require limited retention.
