The product is designed for inbound sales support, not spam or mass promotional messaging.
Permission Use
Instagram messaging access
Receive customer DMs, create safe replies, and route risky messages to owner review.
WhatsApp business messaging access
Receive customer messages, answer product/order questions, and collect delivery details.
Business management access
Let owners select the business assets they approve through official Meta connection screens.
Webhook access
Receive inbound message events and save them to the correct owner, business, customer, and conversation.
Security Position
BikriAgent does not collect Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Meta passwords.
Owners connect only through official Meta login and approval screens.
Access tokens are stored server-side and encrypted. Tokens are not exposed in frontend code.
Every message is tied to one owner, one business, one customer, and one conversation.
Automatic live sending remains disabled until explicit production safety approval is complete.
Human Handoff Rules
BikriAgent should not automatically answer allergy, health, refund, payment issue, angry complaint, damaged item, or delivery complaint messages.
Those messages are saved for owner review so a real person can respond.
Reviewer Demo Path
- Create or sign in to an owner account.
- Add a business profile.
- Add products, prices, stock, delivery rules, payment methods, and discount rules.
- Open Channel and connect through the official Meta login flow.
- Send a test customer message.
- Confirm safe messages create sales replies and risky messages go to owner review.
