BikriAgent Terms of Service

BikriAgent helps sellers manage customer conversations, product information, delivery rules, discounts, AI reply drafts, owner review, and order summaries.

The first production version should be tested carefully before enabling automatic sending.

Owners must provide accurate product prices, stock, descriptions, delivery fees, payment methods, and discount rules.

Owners are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling refunds, confirming payment, and responding to sensitive customer issues.

Owners must not use BikriAgent to mislead customers, sell illegal products, send spam, or violate Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, payment, or local business rules.

Owners must connect social channels only through official Meta login and approval screens.

BikriAgent will never ask owners to type Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Meta passwords into BikriAgent.

Owners can disconnect channels if they no longer want BikriAgent to access them.

BikriAgent may create automatic replies or draft replies using owner-provided catalog and shop rules.

BikriAgent must not invent prices, stock, delivery fees, payment rules, or medical advice.

Messages about allergy, health, refund, payment issues, angry complaints, or delivery problems should go to owner review.

Payment gateway setup may be shown in the product, but real payment processing requires approved payment provider integration.

Owners are responsible for confirming payment settlement and following payment provider rules.

BikriAgent is not a medical, legal, tax, or financial advisor.

Beauty and skincare questions involving allergy, medical conditions, side effects, or skin health must be handled by the owner or a qualified professional.

Service availability may depend on Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Supabase, Vercel, payment providers, and other third-party systems.
