BikriAgent Privacy Policy

BikriAgent is an AI sales workspace for Nepali sellers. It helps owners manage customer messages, product information, delivery rules, discounts, order details, and owner review for sensitive messages.

Owner account data: name, email, phone number, business name, and business setup details.

Business data: products, prices, stock, descriptions, product images, delivery fees, payment options, discounts, and shop rules.

Customer message data: messages received from connected channels, customer handle or phone number, order questions, delivery area, and order details the customer chooses to provide.

Technical data: channel connection status, webhook events, audit logs, and error logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use owner and business data to create the seller workspace and keep each owner's data separate.

We use customer messages to generate sales replies, collect order information, and identify messages that need owner review.

We use product and rule data so BikriAgent does not invent prices, stock, delivery fees, or payment options.

We use logs to detect connection problems, prevent wrong-customer replies, and improve reliability.

BikriAgent does not ask owners for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or Meta passwords.

Owners approve access only through official Meta login and connection screens.

If Meta provides an access token after approval, BikriAgent stores it server-side and encrypted. Tokens are not stored in frontend code.

We do not sell owner or customer data.

We share data only with service providers required to run the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, social channel APIs, and approved payment providers when enabled.

We may disclose data if required by law, platform policy, fraud prevention, or security investigation.

Owner data is separated by owner and business in the database.

Row Level Security is used so owners can access only their own business data.

Server-only secrets are kept out of frontend code and should be stored only in hosted environment secrets.

Risky messages such as allergy, health, refund, payment, angry complaint, or delivery complaint messages are routed to owner review.

We keep data while an owner account is active or as needed to provide the service.

Owners may request deletion of their account, channel connections, message history, product data, and related order data.
